Anti-Semitism reporting form
When you make a report, we ask for your name, email address and telephone number so that we can contact you about an incident that you saw or that happened to you. We often write or call you back to fully map out an incident. Your contact details will not be provided to third parties - your report is strictly confidential and anonymous. Please note: if our reporting system is abused, a report will always be filed. Your IP address will be passed on to the police.
